Jay’s passion for real estate was rooted at an early age. During his formative years, he assisted his grandfather with numerous Spokane area rental properties and learned a lot about the mutually beneficial tenant-owner relationships of rental/investment properties. This lead to developing a robust real estate business centered around residential and commercial development. Jay holds degrees in Business and Real Estate development from Georgetown University (Masters) and Washington State University (Bachelor). He grew up in North Spokane where he attended Mead High School. After high school, Jay played college soccer and enjoys coaching and playing the sport when the opportunity arises.
